Plot sizes
The plots are for 'single' and 'double' homes. They are already prepared with all connections for electricity, water and drainage and satellite TV (English & Spanish).
Plots sizes are around 150 sqm. Single unit mobile homes are between 40 and 50 sqm.
The plots are spacious and ready to accommodate the mobile home, a large deck leaving enough room for a car parking space.
Plot Reservations
If upon visiting the park you decide to reserve a plot then a payment of 10% of the cost of the chosen mobile home is required.
The plot is held in your name for a period of 2 weeks, during which time it is anticipated that you will have completed your decision regarding the mobile home model and its extras, then a further 15 % of the mobile home price becomes payable.
If your home is ready before 6 weeks, the final balance must be paid before you take possession.
If you require finance, the process to finance your purchase can start after you visited the park in order to allow you to book your plot.
Fixed and variable charges
In order that you may budget how much it will cost you to live in Spain we have put together a list of expenses.
