Mobile homes available
We currently deal with most of the UK's manufacturers of mobile and park homes and we are also an agent for Sun Roller (a Spanish manufacturer).
Brochures of all current models from each of the manufacturers are available by request, along with an all inclusive price list.
All mobile homes are built to order with euro sockets and any other adjustments agreed at the time of the order.

Cost of homes
The cost of your home is dependant upon the manufacturer you choose and the style and model of home you want. All our prices include the following:
Purchase and manufacture of the home
Shipping of the home from the manufacturer to L´Ampolla Resort
Installation of the home on your chosen plot
Connection of the home to all utility services (i.e. gas, water, electric)
Parts and labour warranty
Extras
Additional costs would be for decking and sheds which we can obtain quotes for you on demand.
After sales / warranty
For your peace of mind, all our homes come with a parts and labour warranty. This comes into force on the day that your home is ready for occupation (i.e. on it’s plot and all services connected.)
You have 28 days to complete the major defects report and return to our after sales department.
Timescales
In order to give you a rough idea of what happens and when we have included a schedule of works:
- Customer reserves plot and pays 10% of the home cost as a deposit
- Within 15 days Customer orders home and pays 15% of the home cost.
- Order is placed with chosen Manufacturer who allocates a build slot (usually 3 to 6 weeks from the placement of the order)
- Manufacturer starts building the home and customer pays remaining 75% for home 28 days after the purchase agreement has been signed and prior to the delivery date.
- Manufacturer informs us that home is completed and we arrange for shipping / transportation to L´Ampolla Resort (normally 2 /3 weeks)
- Home arrives at L´Ampolla Resort and is off loaded from Transport and placed on allocated plot.
- Home is installed on plot and all services connected (normally about a week)
- Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) checks are carried out.
- The customer is informed that their home is ready for occupation.
- Normally it takes between 2 to 5 months from placing your order and moving into your home.
Once you have placed your order for your home we will send you confirmation of the order with the anticipated delivery and installation dates. We strongly advise that you do not make any travel or removal arrangements until we have confirmed the date that your home will be ready for occupancy.

When we send you your confirmation we will also enclose a relocation pack. This is designed to make your move as easy as possible and to give you help and guidance on living in Spain. The relocation pack includes information to help you with:
